SHIPPING & RETURNS
Upon order confirmation, we will require up to 2 business days to pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched for delivery via the chosen delivery method. The duration depends on the delivery option selected upon checking out.
Upon order confirmation, we will process your orders within 24 hours.
Deliveries via Singpost would take approximately 3 - 7 working days.
Deliveries via our internal courier team would take approximately 1 - 3 working days.

We currently offer four delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
1. Singpost Normal (w/o tracking) - within 7 business days.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss of mail if this option is chosen.
2. Singapore registered (w tracking) - within 5 business days.
We will provide the tracking number via email/whatsapp once available.
3. ParknParcel - within 3 business days.
Under this option, you can visit ParknParcel website to check out the available pick-up locations at your convenience. Thereafter, kindly drop us a note at the check-out page on the selected location or drop us an email/whatsapp message after the order has been placed.
4. Internal Delivery Team - within 3 working days.
Our internal delivery team will dispatch the parcels during working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, excluding PHs and weekends). Our delivery man will contact you before delivery. Please ensure that someone will be around at the stipulated delivery address for collection.
Alternatively, you may instruct our delivery man to place the parcel outside your premises and we will send a photo of evidence to your mobile. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel if you chose this option. Additional delivery costs will be levied after 2 failed deliveries.
We currently ship to both Singapore and Malaysia only. For other international deliveries, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com for further assistance.

Our shipping cost is computed based on the price at checkout. Please refer to the additional shipping costs based on the type of delivery selected at the checkout page.

Tracking would be dependent on the delivery option selected.
1. Singpost normal - No tracking available.
We will not be responsible for any loss of mail under this option.
2. Singpost registered - We will provide the tracking number once available and you may check the status via Singpost website.
3. ParknParcel - We will provide the tracking number once available and you may check the status via ParknParcel website.
4. Internal delivery team - We will send an email confirmation/whatsapp message/call when our delivery man is out for delivery. Do note that you will be required to sign an invoice to confirm delivery.
If your order does not arrive after a prolonged wait (more than 10 working days), kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your invoice number. This does not apply to parcels opt under Singpost normal option.
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All items will be checked prior to delivery. However, there may be instances whereby we overlook a defective item. As such, please email us at email@example.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order with:
1. Your order number
2. The name/product code of the defective item
3. Photograph of the defect (please note that damage to outerbox during delivery is not considered as defective item)

Merchandise must be returned within 10 calendar days for local purchases. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for postage costs for any returned items. It is recommended to mail your return back via a traceable mode of shipping and inform us of your tracking number. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
